This training lesson is a collection of materials to assist you with implementing ChiroHealthUSA in your practice. This compendium of videos, and scripts are here to assist you in the training process to ensure that you will be able to implement this new process completely, systematically, and without disrupting the practice.

This module provides the background for how to manage each of the different scenarios team members might encounter including the importance of identifying Qualified Medicare Beneficiaries (QMBs). After completing this module, a clinic will be better equipped to build a strong foundation for handling these very important patients with precision.

This module will provide an overview of the benefits of verification.  It will help a clinic understand the basic components of verification and the importance of establishing this process in your clinic. The learner will have a better understanding of how the MRP impacts the verification process.

This module will focus on preparing for the new patient and protecting the collected data until it is filed away or scanned into the  system. Intake paperwork is just as important as the electronic medical record. This module will provide helpful advice to streamline this area of data collection.
