This lesson will direct the doctor in understanding the need to set aside time for ‘Doctor Thinking’ to master the clinical preparation, set up the patient’s plan for care and for preparing for the upcoming Report of Findings. This training will guide doctors in the necessary techniques for clearly identifying the patient’s problem(s) and to name them through mastery of the diagnosis hierarchy to best explain the patient’s condition. Once the problem(s) are clearly defined, the training will guide in the creation of specific solutions, with a written treatment plan including functional treatment goals. Finally with this important documentation in hand, the doctor will learn to lay out the specific steps and types of treatment, keeping in mind target tissues and treatment efficacies.
