This lesson will direct the doctor and team members in the steps necessary to understand and master the “4 Yeses” of the Clinical Report of Findings: Get the patient to affirm ‘I have a problem,’ convey the notion that there are ‘no missed appointments, ‘elicit the patient’s desire to ‘participate in my own getting well,’ and gain agreement from the patient that ‘I will pay X over Y period of time.’ This training will assist the doctor with empowering their teammates through the process of “Passing the Baton” to ensure patient compliance and follow through. Finally, this tutorial will guide you through creating and mastering scripting that is customized to your practice.
