According to Office Ally:

“Effective January 1, 2026, Office Ally will update the Non-Par Claim processing fee criteria. The fee will be calculated and charged per unique Tax ID + Rendering NPI combination if any Non-Par claims are submitted within the month. This update replaces the current percentage criteria. No action is required at this time. The current percentage criteria will remain in place until December 31, 2025.”

Please note, the acknowledgment is built into the Data Sheets posted on their website. If you log in after December 31st, you will be accepting these terms.
